Cover Reveal: City of Lost Souls

So, while aimlessly wandering around the Internet a few minutes ago, I stumbled upon THIS pretty picture. What? COULD IT BE the cover for...

City of Lost Souls by Cassandra Clare(Goodreads)

I mean, okay sure, we have to wait until May 8th for this one but big deal, right? I can do it! I've waited for Cassie's books before! It's not like this will be AGONIZINGLY PAINFUL. It's not like I'll spend my time going, "CAN I HAVE IT NOW PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE?"

At least we have a pretty cover to tide us over. I like how vibrant Clary appears on the cover in comparison to most of the other things. Jace looks a lot better to me on this cover than he did on City of Bones (I mean, he was fine there but a little too... mature-looking... for my tastes).

ALSO: Go here for the exclusive prologue reveal from USA Today!

What do you think of the cover? :)

  1. I love this cover. It's romantic, and quite pretty. I was hoping for a Magnus Bane cover though....hopefully next time.

I am going to die waiting for this book. May needs to hurry it up!

  2. I have to agree, a Magnus cover would have been pretty awesome. But I do love this one. It's so romantic and gorgeous and...just love. Cannot wait to read this! :D

  4. The prologue is aaaawesome! And this is my favourite cover in the TMI series. To be honest, I was never a huge fan of the others, but I quite like this one! Really happy with it :).

  6. I LOVE this cover -- especially all the light in it. And while I keep getting this series recommended to me and keep realizing I need to go to the library, it's seeing this cover that's going to get the job done.

Isn't it ridiculous? I have a horrible time with reading books because of their covers. It's like I've never heard the cliche before...

Anyway, this cover's amazing! Thanks for pointing it out!
